Velora Tarot is for entertainment and personal reflection. You create a free account to access your readings and balance from any device. Stripe handles all card payments, and OpenAI generates readings from your cards, question, and any optional personalisation you choose to provide.

By using Velora Tarot, you agree to these terms. The service is provided “as is” without guarantees of uninterrupted access or guaranteed outcomes from any reading.
You must be at least 16 years old to use the app. By creating an account and continuing to use the service, you confirm that you meet that requirement.
You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure. Do not share your account with others. You agree not to create multiple accounts to circumvent free-reading limits, payment flows, sharing bonuses, or any other part of the service.
We reserve the right to suspend or delete accounts that breach these terms.
To use Velora Tarot you create a free account. We collect and store the following information about you:

We do not sell your data and we do not run an advertising network inside the app.
Transactional emails (verification links, password reset links) are sent via Resend. We do not send marketing emails.
When you request a reading, the selected cards, spread type, your question if you provide one, and any optional personalisation data you have saved are sent to OpenAI to generate the reading text.
Personalisation data - such as your name, birth year, star signs, and personal context - is stored with your account so it can follow you across signed-in devices. It is only included in reading requests when present.
Do not enter sensitive personal information into your question or personalisation fields. OpenAI may process prompt data according to its own Privacy Policy.
Paid readings and bundles are processed by Stripe. We do not store your card details. Payment pages and payment data are handled directly by Stripe.
Prices are shown in GBP. Deep readings are sold as one-off purchases, and bundles provide a balance of prepaid reading tokens that can be used at any time.
Reading purchases are generally non-refundable once consumed, except where applicable consumer law requires otherwise. If you believe you were charged incorrectly, contact support with the email address linked to your account and any relevant order details.

You can delete individual readings from the archive inside the app.
To request deletion of your account and all associated data — including your email address, reading history, and any remaining balance — contact us using the form in your Account page or email privacy@veloratarot.com. Include the email address linked to your account. We will action valid requests promptly.
If you signed in with Google, you can also revoke the app's access through your Google Account settings at any time.
Personalisation data saved to your account can be cleared at any time from the Personalise page while signed in.
